1. Object of the Service
Wayza is a platform for connecting drivers and passengers for the practice of carpooling. The company is not a transport company.
2. Registration and Account
The use of certain services requires the creation of a user account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. User Commitments
Drivers undertake to be in possession of a valid driving license and insurance covering carpooling. Passengers undertake to respect basic rules of courtesy.
4. Payments and Fees
The sharing of costs is automatically calculated by the platform. Wayza charges service fees to ensure the operation and security of the service.
